Support staff are often undervalued and unrecognised for the work they do which is why being in a Union that only represents them is so important. Our focus is solely on making work better for our members and our campaigns demonstrate this commitment.
Whether its calling for the end of low paid Term Time Only contracts, ending the tolerance of abuse against support staff or campaigning for school nurses to be reinstated to stop the expectation on our members to carry out clinical care GMB is a voice for the priorities of support staff.
