Dear members,
GMB is working with the TUC in providing extensive information and evidence for the UKs Covid Inquiry.
We have now been given the opportunity to submit witness statements from key workers impacted by the Governments handling of Covid. These will be one page testimonies from each worker, which will be incorporated into a single overarching statement.
We are looking for statements from workers who are:
- School Support Staff
- Care Sector – Care Home & Domiciliary (ideally picking up the vaccination issue also)
- Ambulance Workers
We should also try to ensure that the experiences of Black, Asian and Ethnic Minority members is captured.
